Myramar Group begins the commercialization of
new construction in Benalmádena
of the last phase of Myramar Dos in Arroyo de la Miel, a sector in which we have already built and delivered more than one thousand three hundred homes. Specifically, this is the fifth phase of a real estate development in an unbeatable location: 10 minutes from Malaga airport and the same distance from Fuengirola and the main cities of the Costa del Sol.

In this last phase, 85 homes with terraces of between 1 and 4 bedrooms will be built, which stand out for the size of their rooms and the distribution of space that allows optimizing their use. As for the characteristics of the property: the average total useful area of the two-bedroom properties is 82m2; the three-bedroom properties range between 90m2 and 105m2, and finally, the four-bedroom properties range between 111 and 123m2.

Our customer profile in this residential complex is mainly for first homes, specifically 95% of our clients.

As for nationality, Spanish nationality predominates, but “Malaga is a pull of nationalities and here we have Austrians, Russians or English people who are fully integrated. Finally, most tenants are families with children or teenagers in which both parents work.
