Myramar Group begins the commercialization of
new construction in Benalmádena
of the last phase of Myramar Dos in Arroyo de la Miel, a sector in which we have already built and delivered more than one thousand three hundred homes. Our customer profile in this residential complex is mainly for first homes, specifically 95% of our clients.

As for nationality, Spanish nationality predominates, but “Malaga is a pull of nationalities and here we have Austrians, Russians or English people who are fully integrated“. Finally, most tenants are families with children or teenagers in which both parents work.
