Statutes should not specifically prohibit vacation rentals, this is the first step in the right direction.
This prohibition is not contemplated in Myramar Costa’s Articles of Incorporation.
In the province of Malaga, in addition to the bylaws, there are specific regulations that must be complied with. Since 2016, the Junta de Andalucía has required that homes intended for vacation rentals obtain a registration number through the Andalusian Tourism Registry, and be registered for the exercise of the activity .
